Who is responsible

The site rvmit.com.br belongs to RVMTECH DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SISTEMAS LTDA - ME, CNPJ 61.045.052/0001-79, headquartered in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. It is the controller of the personal data processed through the site and in the contacts you make with RVMIT.

What this site collects

When you browse, you don't fill anything in and the site doesn't store anything about you. It doesn't use cookies, forms, audience analytics tools, advertising or content from other companies: text, images and the font are served by the site itself.

As with any internet access, your IP address and technical connection data pass through the server so the page can reach you. This data is used only to deliver and protect the site, and is not used to identify visitors.

When you contact us

If you write by email or WhatsApp, we receive what you send: usually your name, email or phone number and the message, with whatever information you choose to share about your operation.

We use this data to reply, understand your challenge and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the performance of preliminary procedures for a contract, at your request, and our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us, under the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law 13,709/2018), art. 7, V and IX. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share data with

Your message goes through the service of the channel you choose: RVMIT's email provider (Hostinger) or WhatsApp (Meta). Those companies' policies also apply to your use of their services.

Other than that, we only share data when required by law or by an authority.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the conversation and, if it turns into a project, for the duration of the business relationship. After that, we keep only what the law requires or what is needed to defend rights, and delete the rest.

Your rights

The LGPD guarantees that you can request: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of anything unnecessary, portability, information about whom it has been shared with, and review of your consent (art. 18).

Send your request to contato@rvmit.com.br. We respond within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you can also contact the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

If the way we handle data changes, for example with a new form, this page changes too. The date of the last update is at the top.
