The work

Allocation with information at the point of decision.

Sites, work fronts, owned or rented machines and workers follow the same allocation flow. The cost center follows the work front and the recorded operation.

Rafael and U.A.I. analyze a work front, people and equipment on a standing holographic monitor.
The work front brings together people, machines and information to guide allocation.

Check eligibility

Before allocation, the system checks documents, maintenance, work orders, hiring, leave and scheduling conflicts. An exceptional release requires a recorded reason.

Monitor the operation

Transfers record origin, destination, meter reading and photos. Maintenance, refueling and daily time logs are part of the routine.

Understand the cost

Labor, housing and equipment make up the cost per resource and per work front. The system consolidates these amounts and compares budget vs. actual.

Example of use

A pending issue shows up before allocation.

  1. Request. A machine is assigned to a work front.
  2. Check. Pending maintenance blocks the regular allocation.
  3. Decision. The person in charge sees the reason and resolves the issue or records a justified exceptional release.

How do we start?

We map sites, work fronts, equipment, people and blocking rules before organizing the deployment.
